Floyd Co. Democrats to host Election returns event

NEW ALBANY, May 1, 2024 – The Floyd County Democratic Party has announced that Democratic candidates and supporters will gather for Primary Election Returns at the Elks Lodge #270 on Tuesday, May 7th. Here is the information:

Party officials will provide updates on the cumulative results as reported by the Floyd County Clerk’s Office and media outlets. Food and drinks will also be available from the Elks Lodge. The Primary Election Return event is open to the public.

This year’s Primary Election features state races for U.S. President, U.S. Senator, 9th District Congress, and State Representative. Local county races on the ballot include Commissioner, Council, Treasurer, Recorder, Surveyor, and Coroner.
